Wheel Hub Drive Pin
Torque to 60-90 lbs/ft. You may double nut the bolt that will act as a jam nut (use _Ó-20 nut).

Lug Bolts
Torque to 35 lbs/ft. Use Loc*tite in the hub threads. Install the bolts from the backside so that the threads extend out the face of the hub.

Hub Loosening
If your wheel hubs come loose, you will probably distort the bores in the hubs. If this happens, your hubs will still wobble even when the drive pin is retorqued (tightened). The only solution is to purchase new hubs. There is no warranty for hub loosening, as it is a maintenance/assembly activity. In most cases, billet wheel hubs are stronger and available as replacements.
